Clubs Poker Terms & Conditions

Clubs Poker is a sweepstakes social poker platform operated by KHK Games and launched in 2024. We are not a licensed online casino or poker room, and we hold no state gaming licence. Instead we operate under US sweepstakes rules.

By creating an account you accept these Terms. Read them carefully. They govern how you play, how you obtain our two virtual currencies, and how you redeem prizes. We use two virtual currencies. Gold Coins are for play only and carry no monetary value. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes once eligibility conditions are met.

No purchase is necessary to play or to collect Sweeps Coins. You can buy an optional Gold Coin package starting at $2.00; each package includes free Sweeps Coins as a bonus. These are purchases of Gold Coins, not wagers and not deposits.

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play with us. Age matters, and we verify it. Clubs Poker is available in 38 US states; residents of excluded states cannot participate, and we restrict play by location.

One person, one account. Duplicate or shared accounts are prohibited, and we may merge or close extras we discover. You must register with accurate, current details and keep them up to date. Never let anyone else use your account.

Play honestly. Collusion, chip-dumping, bots, automated software, and the exploitation of software faults are strictly forbidden. We monitor game integrity, and we may void results, freeze balances or close accounts linked to such behavior.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be treated as dormant, and we will attempt to reach you before taking action on any balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you have paid us for Gold Coin packages. We are not liable for interruptions, connectivity loss or events beyond our reasonable control.

Have a complaint? Contact our support team through the Contact page, and we will acknowledge and investigate. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute will be handled under the laws governing KHK Games. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here, and continued play means you accept the revised version.

Our welcome offer, daily login bonus and Saturday freerolls carry their own conditions. Where a promotion specifies eligibility windows, qualifying actions or play-through requirements, those terms apply in full. Bonuses are for the account holder alone and cannot be transferred.

We may vary, pause or end any promotion at our reasonable discretion, and we may withhold a bonus where we detect abuse. Free Sweeps Coins and spins included in a Gold Coin package are granted when the purchase is confirmed.

Before we approve your first redemption, we verify who you are. This is a condition of play, and it protects everyone. You may be asked for proof of identity, age and address, and we will not release a prize until checks are complete.

Only Sweeps Coins obtained through valid means may be redeemed, and only after any applicable play-through has been satisfied. Redemption requests are reviewed and typically processed within 120 hours once verification clears. We accept payment and processing through methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, AmEx, Discover and Trustly, in USD.
