Why this page exists
Clubs Poker is a sweepstakes social poker platform operated by KHK Games. When you play our Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin games, small files called cookies are stored on your device. This page explains what they do and the choices you control.
We keep things plain. Want the bigger picture on how we handle your information? Read our Privacy Policy. Have a question that isn't answered here? Our support team can help.
Your consent, your call
Strictly necessary cookies run automatically because the platform would break without them. Everything else waits for you. The first time you arrive, our banner asks what you'll allow — accept all, reject the optional ones, or pick category by category.
Changed your mind? You can reopen the preference panel at any time from the link in our footer and switch categories on or off. Withdrawing consent stops future optional cookies; files already stored can be cleared through your browser.
Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser gives you the final word. In the settings or privacy menu of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge you can block cookies, delete existing ones, or set alerts before any are saved.
One trade-off to keep in mind: block strictly necessary cookies and parts of Clubs Poker may stop working — you might not stay signed in or see your balance update. Visit your browser's help pages for step-by-step instructions, since each one differs slightly.
A quick word on responsible play
Clubs Poker operates under US sweepstakes rules and is not a licensed online casino. No purchase is ever necessary — Gold Coin packages start at $2 and are optional, while Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes. We're available in 38 US states to players 21 and over.
If play ever stops feeling fun, help is free and confidential. Call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org. You'll also find tools and guidance on our Responsible Gambling page.
What a cookie actually is
A cookie is a tiny text file. Your browser saves it when you visit, then hands it back on your next visit so the site remembers you. Some live only for one session and vanish when you close the tab. Others persist for days, weeks or longer.
We also use similar tools — pixels, local storage and software development kits — and we group all of them under the word "cookies" on this page. Think of them as the memory that keeps your poker lobby working the way you left it.
The cookies we use
Below are the four categories we rely on, each with its real purpose and how long it typically lasts. Durations are approximate and may vary by browser.
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, account security, load balancing, keeping your Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balance in sync during play. The site cannot function without these. | Session to 12 months |
| Functional | Remembering language, table preferences, sound settings and which optional Gold Coin package you last viewed. | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Measuring traffic, page performance and which features players use, so we can fix problems and improve the lobby. | Up to 24 months |
| Marketing | Showing relevant promotions and measuring campaigns across partner sites. Set only with your consent. | Up to 13 months |
