Advertising & Partners Our Affiliate Disclosure

You deserve to know how we make money and who we work with. Clubs Poker, operated by KHK Games since 2024, is a sweepstakes social poker platform. Some of the people who send you to us earn a referral fee. That is common across the web, and we want to explain it plainly.

Here is the short version. When a website, creator or app recommends Clubs Poker and you sign up through their link, that partner may receive compensation. You pay nothing extra for arriving through a link. Not a cent.

We hold our own ads and our partners to clear rules. Every promotion we approve must be honest, accurate and age-gated.

• 21+ only. Our marketing targets adults aged 21 and over. We never aim promotions at minors.
• No misleading claims. Partners may not describe Clubs Poker as a casino, promise guaranteed cash prizes, or use the words deposit, withdrawal or real money to describe our model.
• No purchase necessary. Any honest ad must reflect that you can play for free using Gold Coins.
• Clear terms. Package prices and Sweeps Coins redemption minimums must match what we publish.

Spotted an ad that breaks these standards? Tell us through our contact page and we will investigate.

Affiliate tracking relies on small identifiers. Below is a simple breakdown of the categories involved.

For the full picture of what we collect and why, read our privacy policy. The rules that govern play live in our terms.

Let us be blunt about one thing. Marketing content cannot bend the math of our games. Shuffles, card distribution and prize draws run the same regardless of which banner brought you here.

An affiliate cannot give you a better package price, a secret bonus or improved redemption terms. Our welcome offer and daily login rewards are posted openly. If a third party promises something we do not publish, treat that claim with suspicion and check our official pages first.

Social poker should stay entertainment, nothing more. If play ever stops feeling like a game, step back. Free, confidential support is available any time through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or at ncpgambling.org.

We offer tools to help you stay in control; see our responsible gaming resources. Clubs Poker is available in 38 US states and welcomes players aged 21 and over.

Affiliates place a tracked link on their blog, video or social post. That link tells us where a new player came from. If you create an account, the partner gets credited.

What does that mean for your experience? Nothing changes. The Gold Coin packages you see, starting at $2, are identical whether you arrive through an affiliate or type our address directly. No purchase is ever necessary to play, and the free Sweeps Coins bundled with optional packages are the same for everyone.

Clubs Poker operates under US sweepstakes rules, not a licensed online casino. We are not a state or offshore gaming operator. That framing applies to every visitor, referred or not.
